Effective January 1st, 2022: Clothing items cannot be exchanged. If an item is incorrect or defective, please send an email to info@parienvy.com within 5 days of receipt. Receipt date is based on tracking information.
Emails or messages sent to the email addresses other than the one previously stated will not be answered. Issues with orders will not be corrected via social media direct messaging (DM). Chargebacks will result in future orders being canceled or blocked.
Varsity Jacket: Please read size chart before ordering. This item is eligible for 1 size exchange. Group orders, discounts, holds, or custom requests are not available for this item.
Shipping Orders
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Allow for 24 - 48 hours for the tracking link to update. Customer must inspect item within 5 days of receipt.
Pari ENVY will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address. Pari ENVY does not guarantee the arrival date and time of orders once they are shipped. Pari ENVY is not liable for incorrect addresses submitted or stolen packages.
Please note extended shipping times with postal carriers as shipping timeframes are longer than usual. Pari ENVY does not guarantee delivery dates and times of packages.
***Please make the proper arrangements with the mail carrier if you are unavailable to receive shipment. All carriers make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning the package to sender.
