EXCHANGES

Please send an email to including the order number to begin the exchange process.
 
You can exchange your unused, unworn, non-custom item(s) to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the merchandise. After your items are back in our possession, you can exchange for a different size.

Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase in the original condition. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.
