How It Works

NO CASH REFUNDS

You can exchange your unused, unworn, non-custom item(s) to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the merchandise. After your items are back in our possession, you can exchange for a different size of the same item.

 

Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase in the original condition. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.

The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Items that show evidence of wear

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Discontinued & Sale priced items

Varsity Jacket: Please read size chart before ordering. 

Fees are to be paid in full and are non refundable. No holds on items. Group orders, discounts, or custom requests are not available for this item. Customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Pari ENVY does not guarantee the arrival date and time of orders once they are shipped. 

Customer must inspect item within 7 days of receipt. Receipt date is based on tracking information. 

Chargebacks will result in future orders being blocked. 

Please send an email to info@parienvy.com including the order number to begin the exchange process. Emails or messages sent to email addresses other than the one previously stated will not be answered. Issues with orders will not be corrected via social media direct messaging. 

 

The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, the new item will be shipped at no cost to the customer. 

Shipping Orders

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Allow for 24 - 48 hours for the tracking link to update. Pari ENVY will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address. Pari ENVY is not liable for incorrect addresses submitted or stolen packages.

UPDATED SHIPPING NOTICE (Covid-19)

Please note extended shipping times with postal carriers as shipping timeframes are longer than usual. Pari ENVY does not guarantee delivery dates and times of packages.

***Please make the proper arrangements with the mail carrier if you are unavailable to receive shipment. All carriers make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning the package to sender.

"Attention Buyer: A condition to purchasing items bearing Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. trademarks and copyrights, is that you acknowledge and agree that such transactions are limited only to: members; purchasing for members; and officers and staff of the Sorority Headquarters (hereinafter collectively known as “authorized purchasers”). 

By purchasing Sorority items, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase of Sorority items for any other reason is prohibited, that you are not purchasing the item(s) under false pretense, and that it may result in the Sorority exercising its right to repossess such purchased item, and shall preclude the unauthorized purchaser from subsequently selling such item(s) under the First Sale Doctrine.”

Customized orders will ship within

14-21 business days depending on the

order quantity. 

*Expect longer than usual processing time for Founders' Day Orders, Black Friday Orders, Cyber Monday, and Homecoming Season.
